45 - 47 ST NICHOLAS STREET The Trust is carrying out a full structural restoration and refurbishment programme, and will create two retail units on the ground floor, and two flats in the upper floor and attic with separate rear access. R.G. Carter (Ipswich) Ltd are the contractors. Hilary Brightman, a conservation architect based in Maldon will supervise the project.
