Project undertaken by the Trust between 1995 and August 1999 with
assistance from Ipswich Borough Council, Heritage Lottery Fund,
Architectural Heritage Fund, Nicholas Jacob Architects, and S.E.H.
French Construction
At the time of completion, all five units had been sold within ten
days of being on the market. This was a highly encouraging outcome
after a long period of vacancy when the property market had been
difficult but reflected the high standard of the trust's
refurbishment. |
